By purchasing any product or service through the Website, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Physical Books
If physical books are sold directly through the Website:
A. Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged or defective:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photographic evidence of damage
- Provide your order number
Upon verification, we may:
- Issue a replacement copy, or
- Issue a refund at our discretion
B. Returns for Other Reasons
If you are dissatisfied for reasons other than damage:
- Unused books may be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Books must be in original, resaleable condition
Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items.
2. Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content (including PDFs, guides, worksheets, and downloadable materials):
All digital product sales are final.
Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable.
If you experience technical issues accessing a purchased product, please contact us and we will provide
reasonable assistance.
3. Memberships & Community Access
If the Website offers paid memberships:
A. Monthly Memberships
- You may cancel at any time
- Cancellation prevents future billing
- No partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle
B. Annual Memberships
- Annual memberships may be canceled within 7 days of initial purchase for a full refund
- After 7 days, annual memberships are non-refundable
Membership access will remain active through the end of the paid period unless otherwise specified.
4. Event Registrations
For paid workshops, events, or speaking engagements:
A. Cancellation by Attendee
- Cancellation 14+ days before event: Full refund
- Cancellation 7–13 days before event: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days before event: No refund
B. Event Cancellation by Company
If we cancel an event, you will receive:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer registration to a future event
We are not responsible for travel or lodging expenses.
5. Affiliate or Retailer Purchases
If you purchase books through third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or other platforms):
Their refund policies apply.
We cannot process refunds for purchases made through third-party sellers.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue:
- Your account may be suspended
- Future purchases may be restricted
We encourage contacting us directly to resolve any concerns.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within:
- 5–10 business days
Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
8. Abuse of Refund Policy
We reserve the right to deny refunds if we determine that:
- Refund requests are excessive or abusive
- The policy is being exploited
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
