Ginkgo Publishing LLC operates an internal affiliate program through:

AffiliateWP tracking software
WooCommerce eCommerce infrastructure

Participation in our Affiliate Program constitutes agreement to the following:

1. Affiliate Eligibility

We reserve the right to Approve or deny any affiliate application
Revoke affiliate status at any time
Require identity verification

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

2. Tracking & Attribution

Affiliate commissions are tracked using:

AffiliateWP referral links
Unique tracking IDs
Cookie-based tracking
WooCommerce transaction validation

We do not guarantee:

Continuous tracking accuracy
Cross-device tracking
Ad-blocker compatibility
Browser privacy setting overrides

Affiliate attribution is determined solely by our tracking system.

Our system records are final.

3. Commission Structure

Commission rates:

May vary by campaign
May change at our discretion
May be revoked for violations

Commissions are payable only after:

Verified purchase
Refund window expiration
Fraud review clearance

Chargebacks, refunds, or fraudulent transactions void commission eligibility.

4. Prohibited Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates may not:

Engage in spam marketing
Run unauthorized paid ads using our trademarks
Bid on branded search terms without written permission
Misrepresent book content
Guarantee results or earnings
Use deceptive claims
Create fake testimonials
Use automated bots to generate traffic
Cookie-stuff or manipulate tracking

Violation results in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

5. Intellectual Property Restrictions

Affiliates may only use approved:

Logos
Graphics
Book covers
Promotional copy

Modification of branding requires written approval.

All IP remains property of Ginkgo Publishing LLC.

INFLUENCER POLICY

Influencers promoting our books or products must:

Clearly disclose material relationships
Comply with FTC guidelines
Use transparent #ad or #affiliate disclosures
Avoid income or transformation guarantees

Influencers may not:

Present opinions as professional advice
Fabricate results
Claim endorsement beyond written agreement

Failure to comply may result in:

Termination
Removal from campaigns
Legal enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor influencer content for compliance.

EARNINGS & RESULTS DISCLAIMER

We make no guarantees regarding:

Relationship outcomes
Personal growth
Financial success
Coaching results
Counseling improvements
Business outcomes

Any testimonials, examples, or reader stories:

Represent individual experiences
Are not typical
Do not guarantee similar outcomes

Total liability shall not exceed the amount directly paid to the Company.

INDEMNIFICATION

Affiliates and influencers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ginkgo Publishing LLC from any claims arising from:

False advertising
Trademark misuse
Failure to disclose affiliate relationships

PLATFORM ALIGNMENT DISCLAIMER

We utilize:

WordPress CMS
AffiliateWP software
WooCommerce payment infrastructure

We do not guarantee:

Plugin uptime
Server uptime
Data continuity
Tracking integrity during outages

Technical interruptions do not create compensation liability.

TERMINATION

We may terminate:

Affiliate accounts
Influencer agreements
Referral access

At our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Termination may include:

Commission forfeiture
Access revocation
Legal enforcement

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Venue shall lie exclusively in Virginia state or federal courts.
